我們仍在仔細研究聯邦上訴法院判決的細節，但很清楚，這份判決推翻并在很大程度上縮小了聯邦地區法院的判決。這份判決驅散了微軟可能被分拆的烏云，推翻了關于捆綁銷售的指控，并明確指出我們沒有試圖壟斷瀏覽器市場。
